About YBA YBA was opened in 2005, we are located in Killeen, TX less than 10 miles from Fort Hood. YBA is owned and operated by Tammie Riley a retired U.S. Army Soldier. Mrs Riley is a licensed cosmetologist, barber and instructor, she has over twenty years of experience under her belt in the field of cosmetology. In April of 2005 YBA opened its doors. Since that time YBA has been adding students monthly. Staff The staff at YBA has not only teaching experience but, experience working in salons as well. Staff at YBA are required to attend annual training, seminars local hair shows and conventions. At YBA we are committed to the success of each student. |
